MyFitZone Classes and Personal Training – Coronavirus Update

I honestly feel that continuing to exercise is more important now than ever, to help keep our bodies strong and alleviate stress. All classes and personal training sessions will, therefore, continue as normal until such time as official instructions are issued to the contrary. However, the health and wellbeing of everyone is paramount and I will be taking additional precautions as follows:

  1. There will be no physical contact. Handshakes/hugs are to be avoided.
  2. We will maintain a sensible distance at all times. Exercises will be amended to accommodate this.
  3. Gloves are to be worn at all times when sharing equipment. Please bring your own or I will endeavour to provide some.
  4. We will wipe down kit using disposable wipes. Ideally, we will keep kit sharing to a minimum.
  5. Please bring your own gym mat to Monday nights and boxing gloves to Tuesday nights (if you have them – if not, please wear inner gloves for your own safety)
  6. For your own safety, bring your own hand sanitiser to sessions

For those that are self-isolating or who would prefer not to attend sessions at the current time, I will provide home workouts for you to do – just ask.
