I am a level 4 Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Weight Management Coach (GP Referral, Rehabilitation, Pre & Post Natal, Sports Nutrition and Exercise, Lower Back Specialist and the ‘Form’ police!).

I am not your usual PT – You have to trust me through your journey that I promise I will get you the results you want, I am driven and will keep you motivated, encouraged and inspired through a multitude of exercises to keep your muscles guessing and challenged so you never get bored. Most people after 6 weeks of seeing me twice a week (12 sessions), can’t believe how they haven’t done a single exercise or workout the same…that is what they love and why they can’t live without me! But that is not my aim, I want to teach you everything you need to know so you don’t need me anymore, that is my goal, that is my focus – for you. So, get in touch if you want to get body confident and smash your goals!

I also offer online training – so if you are feeling tired, lacking motivation and no time for anything extra in your life, like attending a PT or a class? I hear you. Why not let the fitness class come to you? DVDs are sooooo last decade, embrace the online fitness community. I have a phenomenal website with video workouts that are so varied, there isn’t a hope in hell of getting bored. Be stronger, fitter and leaner and stay in your PJs – you might want to pop on a sports bra though! Now there really is no excuse.

I offer a free consultation, one-off PT sessions and block bookings. And I will travel to you or you can come to me. See the list below or email me for any specific packages that you are after. I may not be your cheapest PT but I will be your best.  It’s hard to blow your own horn, but sometimes it has to be done.  I know from my clients and seeing their results that anything is possible – you just have to put your mind to it.

One-to-One Training

£45.00/session for 1 per week or £40.00/session for 2 or more per week – payable by monthly direct debit

1 off PT session – £80.00

Block booking: 10 PT sessions – £500.00

For off-peak sessions (9.30am – 3.30pm), a 10% reduction applies as follows:

£40.50/session for 1 per week or £36.00/session for 2 or more per week – payable by monthly direct debit

1 off PT session – £72.00
Block booking: 10 PT sessions – £450.00

Buddy Training (2 people)

10 sessions – £600.00 (£300.00 each)

Monthly Membership: £55/session for 1 per week or £50/session for 2 per week

Anna is Level 4 REPs qualified, a specialist in lower back pain, pre & post-natal, GP referrals, rehabilitation, nutrition & weight management.
